KugaWestie
Kugawestie, Here is another offer! I have a SC in garage that I intend to put on my ST170 at somestage, but too many other things to do so if you want to borrow to see if you can mock up an install, that way you can see before you go out and buy one? Let me know if you are interested in borrowing? Chris Yes please Chris - is it an M45 or MP 45? That would be great if you dont mind
TIG Brother
Gary did you have the block skimmed whilst you had the head done? Because the 1800 uses a metal head gasket both head and block need to be within <.1mm I had the same issue and with a quick skim of the block sorted everything out. No I only had the head skimmed Rick as the block is in the car My intention is to get the block skimmed on the spare engine when I get to it

Mark (smokey mow)
I am also considering lightening the flywheel, and I must admit I am trying to find a cheap Eaton M45/MP45 Supercharger (Mini Cooper S) to see whether I can get one to fit in the engine bay I knew it! :d
Doug Dastardly
I feel a bit bad joking about it on another thread now But it sounds like fun, fun, fun. What sort of power would expect (or want) to have in the end?

What sort of power would expect (or want) to have in the end? Hopefully IF it fits Doug. Power should be abut a 40% gain I think, so it would take it up to something like 180bhp
