darve Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 have you been looking at complete bolt on kits or you gonna find a specialist? surely you should be doing the work yourself Quote

KugaWestie Posted April 28, 2012 Author Posted April 28, 2012 In my disgust with the current weather, I decided to do an upgrade A few weeks ago I got a nice piece of carbon fibre from Mick, so I decided to put it to use today and make a lid for the boot. I picked up some cabinet keyed alike locks the other day, and today I picked up some easy fix concealed cabinet door sprung hinges. So after lots of cardboard templates, careful measuring, cutting and fettling, this is the end result I am quite pleased with the end result Quote
KugaWestie Posted April 29, 2012 Author Posted April 29, 2012 I have got quite a lot of carbon on the car already Rick:- Kick protectors Boot Lid Stone Guards on rear arches Fake carbon surrounds on rear lights Soon to be on the car:- Fake carbon high level rear light to go on the rollbar Fake carbon front indicators on the nosecone Later projects:- Dashboard I guess Headlight surrounds? What else is there? Quote
