Davep1
Hope to join you all at St Mary's Loch (11:30) for this - but probably only the Moffat area loop, and sadly not the barby at Nev's, as I (should!) be helping get a car ready for the Jim Clark / Reivers in a couple of weeks. Lets hope for good weather! Cheers, Dave.

JimM
Great run down from Livingston to meet the borders team. Got separated from the group just outside Moffet. Three of us missed the turning. Matta and I turned around and headed of to catch the main group. Ray was posted missing so I went back to see what was up. Passed him on route to catch the main group. Turned around and head back to catch him and Matta. Got to the junction where Matta turned off, flashed Ray but he kept going on main road. Not knowing who to follow I decided to call it quits for the day. Clicked home on the SatNav then nice relaxing drive back to Airdrie. Hope the rest of the run went well for the main group. Back in time to do so work in the garden - get some brownie points for next outing. Look forward to another blat in the future. Chers Jim. BordersNev
Sorry to hear about Wee Dov's troubles - hope you got home ok Dave. Apologies also to Jim and the others who got separated from the main group. Despite the glitches, we all had a great day out and we managed to raise £115 for the Hemi Help charity. Thank you all so much for your generosity and here's to next year's event! Neville

Pics to follow.. @Craig, Dave cracked his thermostat housing on the first leg of the journey .. wee job for gim before Applecross. At least it happened now and not on the Applecross trip! Wee Dov
Hi all Update ! Got home about 3pm with the car trailered back to home, Thanks to Ian ,for picking me up using his stockcar trailer. Housing removed and thinking about replacing it with a water rail so it won't happen again ,nearly £200 ouch! Last time I went on a run to Nev's I got a knacked gearbox. Is it black magic he does for a living? lol Cheers Dov.

Rab (bombero) Reid
Some photos of our Borders7/Nev's BBQ run (sorry about a couple of them .. taken through a fly splattered screen and on the hoof: Buttercup taking a little shine to Bob (ziplob) Locals getting a little too close for my liking but no touchy, no damage. Spot the cloud.. No camera trickery .. just the beautiful Scottish countryside: Talla Reservoir In the middle of nowhere (also known as Dumfriesshire), there's this! ..and this! ..and Marge Simpson! Car park at the monastery. My ride Borders7 narrow
