As we now have in principal the kind of numbers that we need to make the event viable, I have managed to obtain the following potential dates from Millbrook – Sunday 6th September Saturday 26th September Saturday 3rd October Would it be possible for you all to let me know which dates you can do (please let me know as many as you can make, ideally not only your first preference) and then we can see where we are. Once we have a date firmed up I will then advise everyone on how to book on to the event. As before, any questions then please shout! Thanks again and all the best for now.
