BTW. whats the safe max revs for a standard 1800 zetec, mine goes to about 6800 rpm before the limiter kicks in, and once managed to get the rev counter to 7K -not deliberately though   The rev limit seem very inconsistent - I suppose I need it remapped.

My 2 Litre Rev limiter was Re-set by NMS to 7300 Rpm.

If your going to be using 7000 'ish on a Regular Basis, Some ARP Rod Bolts might be a Good idea

I'll step back and let you discuss it amongst yourselves. As there are a number of people in the buy I don't want to be seen to be pushy as there are more things to consider other than cost, such as who and where people would want to go to get the cars tuned.

I am however at the mo in talks with suppliers of TB's and ECU's. (including re-mapping) So I should be able to post up some details of what could be on offer very soon. But I'll keep your offer in mind, to discuss once I have details of what we've been working on already.

I am (sorry) going to be in Spain as of Thursday until the following Wednesday, visting family. But this Bulk buy does now look like it will happen.

I don't want to divulge any details until I am certain of what is on offer, we can then discuss it all, see what suits.

Hi All.

Well, I have a confession to make.....

I'm still in Spain, the sun sand and cheap fuel is too much to resist.  

Although struggling to get the 'Focus C-Max - DIESEL !! ' around the twisty mountain roads, in blazing sunshine. Knowing that my westi is sat at home is a little frustrating.    

Sorry if there are any Focus C-max fans out there, but what a crap car!! It's not the total inability to corner as much as the fact that it comes to a stand still in second gear whilst going up hill if you let the speed drop below 25mph...  

Anyway, perhaps I've just been spoilt.  

I'll be back to work monday.... so I should have plenty of time to get this sorted then.

Cheers Kerry for keeping an eye on this whilst I've been away, I'll be intouch soon.

The latest news, (and I've only just got into the office) is that I have been emailed in my absence and told to expect a price for complete TB conversion kits to suit both the zetecs and the Vauxhall's by this evening.

So although I still have no confirmed prices yet, I should be able to post some up tommorow. So "watch this space" ....

there should still be plenty of time for those winter conversions. And I've been told we will recieve " a good discount for this group purchase" .

So I'll let you know as soon as I know.
