adhawkins
Yes, I'm hoping it's a simple head gasket failure. Of the 4 cylinders, only one had water in it (lots if I remember! ), I dunno if that's necessarily helpful... Andy
pistonbroke
Someone has suggested to me that trailering my car to the Highwayman on Saturday with a pile of appropriate bits might be a good way of getting the head gasket etc. changed on my engine? Any takers? Appropriate compensation will of course be offered... Andy I'll take the battery
Crash Override
As Andy has said we are planning on bringing Hannah and possible 1 of her friends, but they are a little older at 12/13. Hannah is my navigater for the day so I hope she knows her left and right. Rob if you have the route Tony sent you for when you were going to do a check run for us then take a close look at it as I made a few mistakes with my left and right's in the written instructions that Andy picked up on when he proof read it for me, arrows on diagrams are correct though. Just don't want you to get lost . Been corrected on master copy now so others wont get lost on the day (hopefully) Malc.

Blatman
3rd place is the second loser... Nope, I don't mind hero worship... We have a prior engagement which I though had been cancelled/postponed 'til another date. C'est la vie, as we say in London...
