I guess we would need a pretty good telescope to get that level of resolution tho so one might not exist I think the only thing to get anywhere near seeing the flags and stuff up there was a lunar orbiter in 2009 Dont think our telescopes are good enough but happy to be corrected However, clearly any photos and video from an orbiter would have the conspiracy loons apoplectic again.... They fire lasers at them and time how long it takes to get back to measure the distance to the moon. It increases by and inch and a half every year.
