This is my Vauxhall C20XE engined Westfield SeiW (wide body with independent rear suspension), which I have owned for 7 years. It is up for sale now as I am just not finding time to use it, with 2 young kids. Perfectly at home on road as it is on track and easy to drive commuting in traffic with a nice easy clutch and well-mapped engine tune (Omex 600 ECU and Jenvey throttle bodies). Comfy heated cabin with carpet and full weather gear (full and half hoods included as well as full doors and wind deflectors). The driver side floor has been dropped for more head room and there are two different sized quick-release steering wheels depending on preference. Fantastic performance on track and quiet enough for most venues. There is a custom made enclosed airbox kit with cone filter that can be swapped to reduce drive-by noise volume, although I prefer the sound of the open air intake so run with this day to day. Comes with a folder full of paperwork going back to the original purchase receipts and print out of a Surrey Rolling Road dyno results, showing 183 Bhp and good air-fuel ratio. Too much history to detail here but I'll happily provide more information on request. Lots more high resolution photos available here: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjAJbpi £10,500 East Grinstead, West Sussex - Westfield SEiW - Red, 21000 miles, 1998 Widebody, Independent Rear Suspension. Howdy folks After being the lucky buyer of Dave Eastwood's XE engine, I'm after a few parts to complete the set and start the installation. The bits I need are as follows: Flywheel Clutch and clutch cover (for type 9) XE to type 9 bellhousing (either short or long input shaft version, vertical) Solid engine mounts Alternator (standard or lightweight, obviously lightweight preferred!) Exhaust manifold I'm open to pretty much anything at this point as I just want to get cracking with it, so please let me know if you have any suitable spares, whatever they may be! Thanks in advance Barny

Vauxhall X22XE crank and block (for C23XE conversion!)
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman posted a topic in Parts for Sale
A change of plan and going Honda power means that I'm no longer going to build the hybrid "C23XE" engine I'd originally planned to replace the current C20XE with. For those that don't know, the nnXE family of Vauxhall engines from thy late eighties through to the nineties contained many common parts, and so have a degree of interchangeability. The C23XE is (very loosely) a combination of the excellent Cosworth original design 16 Valve cylinder head from the classic C20XE along with low line wet sump - or I'd planned to use my existing dry sump. With an X22XE block and crank. This is the 2.2 litre block used in the nineties in early Fronteras and Sintras, it can be bored out to take C20XE 88mm pistons, and thus becomes a 2.3 litre engine! For sale here is the incredibly rare now X22XE block and crank. (Note this is a proper XE, not the later, less desirable balancer shaft equipped ZE). The block has had all oil way bungs and core plugs removed and been cleaned up. The block itself has been de-seemed and de-bossed. Retaining only rear wheel drive engine mounts, off side alternator mounts, and near side dry sump mounts, the front lower nearside corner of the block has also been clearanced to allow fitment of a Pace DS pump. (Though will happily take a wet sump still). It's then been painted, jobs on the block still to do were boring out to 88mm and I was going to get it decked to tidy it up. The crank has simply been cleaned and had the timing disk removed. (I was undecided on whether to swap to a steel hybrid crank from JRE, this would have allowed me it use my existing flywheel and clutch). The block is collection only I'm afraid, due to the weight. £75 and it's yours! (Took me over a year to find this one...) Some pics:
