Croft trackday March 9th

Recommended Posts

Sunday:

Sunny spells, but patchy cloud will bring a scattering of showers for a time before turning mostly dry later. A cool and fresh feeling day with brisk westerly winds. Maximum temperature 8 °C.

...translated into Croft language; effin' wet an' windy!  :D

Found a hole in the weather, roads aren't actually that bad, the winds keeping them relatively dry in places! :t-up:

I had a look down, seemed like a good day with the weather holding up ok, not sure about afternoon sessions.

Recognised a couple of cars from the images off the forum !

JeffC's car is rapid, just under 2 seconds down on the radical from my poor stop watch on mobile phone attempts.

cheers I drove the socks off it today and was cockahoop with the results, going stiffer on spring rates rewarded me with 2 seconds a lap reduction  :t-up:  :t-up:

I had a few goes at that Radical , I couldnt touch it,  it was so much better through the high speed corners and could brake much later, thats the first time Ive seen one of those driven as well as that on a track day
