All good fun though what is the story with your Festa then ? my mate is rebuilding a mk2 XR2 at the moment and it will probably stand him at near enough £15,000 when he is done

No I'm not questioning him, the time and money that has gone into it, the car's value etc before anyone starts I am simply pointing out £15,000 is a lot for a mk2 fiesta XR2

That is a lot, but I know a few guys over on xrtwo.com who have spent close to that, if not more on theirs, so I can well imagine!!

I've been building mine into a sprint/hillclimb car for a little over a year now, and it's 'almost' there, so time to give it a shake down!!

My last XR2 I did intend to use for road rallies, but then my plans changed-my parents used to be into road rallying in a big way so it's in my blood, to coin a cliche
