The cans are all made and the end caps are all done. We need to bracket them

and do the pipe work for each of them. So I reckon between 2 - 3 weeks

In fact, have I completely misunderstood the pattern bit; I naively maybe, sort of assumed they'd be making some sort of pattern from our systems that could be used whenever needed in the future. They're not actually planning on doing all the manifolds at the same time and using the car as the template for each one are they?
