What’s your next track day going to be?

It works for me due to it being mid week. I expect it not to fill up as fast as the most recent days.

Well that's 4 of us so any more takers for Oulton on the 12th of August.

Maybe we should start a new thread on this one

 Yup. 👍

I might hang back a little on this one for now. Knockhill is supposed to be announcing some new dates from June 1st. I had my eye on one on 29th july but it appears to have vanished. At the moment they only have one Car full day.. in September! 😞

Cant miss out on a day at knockers.

Fair way - about 400 miles for me to get some Knockers... not sure if the Scottish mounds are worth travelling that far pulling the trailer.. unless I can convince the Mrs. it would be a nice couple of days break....

i did the sprint at knockhill last year, it is absolutly amazing for such a small track.

i would love to get to knockers again but as the wife is having her knockers off at some point this year the sooner the better for me

I’m supposed to be on holiday on the 12th so I would have wait until we see if we are going before I could book. And as muck as I love knockers it’s just tooooo far for me😭

Not heard anything? how was Snetterton?

Better without all the usual faffIng around With no noise test or sitting a crowded brief room, turn up and drive the circuit, ok for us old hands but novices will be nervous.
No melting tyres on the day 👍

Why no noise testing? .. not that I'm complaining. With all the sign on and briefing time slashed .. did you get on track earlier or was it all just started later? ..if you see what I mean.

Noise is governed by track sensors so no static test.  Track opened maybe a few minutes earlier but I don’t clock watch, I’m retired, have all day- ——  Like you.

I’m hoping this means I can turn up a little later - maybe arrive around 9 and be on track before 10. Will give me more time around stupid-o’clock kick off.

That's what I'm hoping for too. May be able to set off a little later for Donny.

It's an area where Knockhill have got it right. They have signing on from 9am, briefing 9-45, track open at 10. No noise testing, and no sighting laps. 👍
