Stu Faulkner Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 When I was at the factory on Saturday I was asked what colour I was having and I was told that they now do a 'Focus ST' grey. I remember seeing a grey Wessie in France with orange wheels and it didn't look too bad. Someone will have a picture somewhere. Quote

Kit Car Electronics Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Are you sure you're ready for all the 'when are you getting it painted?' jokes, Stu? 1 Quote

I'm not saying I'm having it grey. A few people said that about the gulf blue one before the stripes were fitted. They assumed that westfields came like that and needed painting. Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 That is the catch with certain colours, it’s OK if you have a metallic version, but when they’re flat... Quote
Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 meteor grey gets my vote Quote
Stu Faulkner Posted June 3, 2018 Author Posted June 3, 2018 Crazy isn’t it. Sports cars are supposed to be red or yellow. But who would have thought of Grey. Quote
Marcus Barlow - Show and Events Co-ordinator Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Its probably not your cup of tea though @Stuart Faulkner - Shows & Events Coordinator because you don't need to bother washing or polishing mucky grey to look like clean grey cos they both look the same 1 Quote

aeg Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 A bit darker than primer greychanges contrast with light conditions, looks lighter in bright light and darker in poor light, but that’s paint for you. Remember where you seen it first, reds and yellows are so last year 4 Quote
barry peel Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Was it this one, when in the factory for a bit repair work Quote
