Nope, no mention of it at all, hence my lack of confidence. Will be naming and shaming once I get the refund sorted

Would it matter, Tel, or would the grease simply emulsify with the oil, with no adverse effects? I'm not saying it would or it wouldn't, just thinking aloud. Probably need to be a lubricants expert to be confident of the answer. Even then, it might just depend on how much grease was in the diff.
