Lovely day for a run out on Saturday 😀 - and a photo opportunity before a run up the Sloc for a bit of fun 😉

Hi First time out for a while, I had my second knee replacement in August. Pretty much settled now and getting more mobile. Clee Hill beckoned today, cold air and dry roads. What's not to like? Gary (The radar dome is part of the NATS network)

Called into The Motorist on my way home this afternoon (I needed the loo) The Rolls Royce Enthusiasts club were having a meeting, parked just behind them, but the Westfield looked tiny next to a Jaguar and some "Yank Tank".

Managed a decent run up to Tetbury this afternoon. Nice blue skies but mighty chilly! I've driven past this mystery gate a few times thinking I should stop for a photo next to it.

Yep, still going ahead. I’ll decide tomorrow whether to come in the Westie or tintop. Basically it will be good for as many of us as possible to meet up, have a good chat and perhaps make some plans for the group as to what we want to do.

I believe it's one of the rear entrances to the Badminton Estate Paul. Worth a walk around in fact, some lovely parts to it plus it's own herd of deer. You can enter through the village itself. The house looks fantastic and there is a nice carp lake in front of it too. The horses run through parts of the lake during the Badminton Horse Trials.

Note, every member is free to add posts about upcoming trips and motoring holidays in here. We have made this a section for paid up members only though, so be reassured when recommending those hidden gems and off the beaten track places, only fully paid up, current fellow club members can see them. While this section isn't really for technical questions, it is a place to ask about and discus what sort of tools/spares people carry on tours, argue over the finer merits of different dry bags etc. Lets share that knowledge and improve everyone's trips!
