Managed to get a deal done on a lovely black SEight last night. Car is to be delivered next Tues / Weds to my house - just in time for Christmas.......
Only a few niggles I will need to look at:
Knuckles rest against dash in 1st - a pet hate of mine in Westy's is when the gearstick is too far forward, this is bordering a problem for me, but unlikely to be easy to sort I guess.
Handbrake sits at 90deg when on - simple adjustment needed.
There is some very minor rust around the front wishbones - winter tidy up job for me.
Biggest issue - throttle is way over sensitive!! Resting your foot on the pedal gives about 90% throttle, the next 3" of travel add little more.
Other than these bits, she's in fantastic condition with all paperwork proving the RPi pedigree and rolling road printout, all original build receipts etc.
Hoping it's a good one and I don't get any nasty surprises.... Looking forward to frightening passengers, pedestrians, and probably myself!!
