  4. I had the radio in the car on one Sunday morning to R2 and accidentally heard Steve Wright's Love Songs. I nearly went into a coma from sugar overload, but luckily I managed to change the station before I passed out.

  6. I appear to have secured my First Westfield, not going to reveal which one at present as I want to hand over the cash and have a key in my hand. All I can say is I'm excited to start a new chapter on my big boys toys journey.

  8. Hi, I am also new to club with a cvh. Never really a great fan of the cvh until I tried one. Pulls great and not too thirsty. Happy motoring.

  10. Couldn't stand Steve Wright on R1 and find him even worse on R2 - particularly his serious Jocking feature and his constant playing of The Associates (Billy MacKenzie) one hit

  15. Gluten, My pleasure mate. Once we knew you were OK and the banter had subsided it was the only option to make something of the day for you. Not enough people have experienced the sheer power of the 8v push rod engine - if you have a stiff neck today that will be down to the acceleration of my car. Yours in Motorsport James

  16. To a certain extent they're all like that, or at least several I've looked at. I was paranoid about mine but then when I looked at others I found they'd had similar problems. A couple of things which I found helped was to not fit the nose central on the front of the chassis (mines slightly skew), this then alters the shape of the tub side and improves the bonnet fit to the scuttle. On the scuttle I removed a bit more material from the bottom flange where this is shaped around the dash hoop so when I fitted the dashboard I could use the dash to pull it in at the bottom so it didn't stick out. For the fit of the arches you may need to fettle the fillet radius at the bottom of the mounting lugs so they mate a bit tighter to close the gap.
