I've recommended MSM before. Dave and his team are very helpful and go all the way to sort problems. I was with them for a few years after Adrian Flux really pee'd me off. When my car reached it's 15th birthday the recovery service included in the policy ran out. They searched round and found an RAC policy that was the same cover for not much more. They took out a policy for me and I sent them the cheque. I broke down with broken clutch plates in the middle of France. I rang the RAC and they said there was no policy in existence in my name. I rang MSM who said they'd ring me back. They rang back every half hour with updates. They kept on it until it was established the policy had been processed by a rep who still had the paperwork on him. As soon as the RAC realised it was their mistake they rang me and apologised and the breakdown lorry turned up 15 minutes later. It's not just the price that matters, it's the service as well.
