Mark Stanton
So with the social side and all that goes with it do you think it's VFM No-one ever said its VFM - cos for track time it ain't you can't compare this to track days for VFM - the "hidden" costs are far more for comp use of circuits VFM is based on how much you enjoy it - if you don't enjoy it and think its too expensive for what you as an individual get from it, then don't do it remember you only get as much from life as you put in
davidgh
So with the social side and all that goes with it do you think it's VFM If you think of it in terms of cost per minute of track time, sprinting is not a great investment. But, probably, you (like the rest of us) will be too busy worrying about keeping your foot in through the Jim Clark Esses, and queuing for the loo, to think of it in those terms. You'll love it And the social side -- partricularly in A -- is great.

Phil. S
My sprint car isn't snot green ..... At the moment, a badly faded medium blue... Isn't that front wheel arch snot green? (Just reading through this thread, and as usual I have found myself attracted to the most important issue - the colour of Blatman's sprint car )

slippy
And you still need to buy and fit catch tank, lights, throttle return spring, tax & MOT it either
Blatman
My sprint car isn't snot green ..... At the moment, a badly faded medium blue... Isn't that front wheel arch snot green? (Just reading through this thread, and as usual I have found myself attracted to the most important issue - the colour of Blatman's sprint car ) Yup, front wheel arches are currently snot green. I have acquired some blue ones that will be replacing the snotters when I get round to it...

Blatman
I would, but the reason for switching to blue ones is more than simply cosmetic...
