I'll have a look for clips for those of you that asked (Andy and Ash) and try and get something in the finished vid. adhawkins Posted September 6, 2004 Share Posted September 6, 2004 Just thought I'd hijack this thread slightly to say what a top weekend I had. First real track day, and a SS event too. My attempt at some photos are here. Thanks to all for their help and advice, particularly Tommo for helping me get round Douglas and Mountview properly! Luckily (for him) he wasn't in the passenger seat when I got Douglas completely wrong and had to go grasstracking. Who was the guy in the dirty great car that kept going off (and ended up stopping our last session of the day ). I'm surprised they let him carry on driving...Tommo and I followed him for 3 or 4 laps, and he went off every lap at the hairpin (where he eventually stuffed it into the tyres during the last session...). I was too scared to overtake him cos I didn't have a clue which bit of road he'd want to be on next. So, how do I resolve a long brake pedal? (Yes, I know, I'll do a search ).
