aeg
Not us I’m afraid ☹️ but we’re hopefully going somewhere drier than the Lake District 🤣 catch you when we get back ( the Sunday 16th would be good for us 👍) Andy & Becky
Rob Hunter - Club Secretary
Assuming I continue to be a good boy for the remainder of the week, I should be allowed out to play 😁
Andy_R
I should be good for this assuming you've got spare parking for the non Westfield drivers? On a side note I started working on Maverick at the weekend so hopefully that can be all ready and MOT'd soon 🤞

Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative
Put the kettle on, you might be a while, a lot happened. Andy Westwood showed us his new, hinged, half doors which he says are great and recommends them A Caterham parked up with us next to Andy, his club met at 7am this morning in the North of the Peak District and were wizzing around somewhere, it was too early for him so I invited him to join us and gave him a card, a local chap from Derby, nice bloke. Ian, Rob and Lewis, Andy R in the Porsche and Bill swanning around in a BMW somewhere 20 and 21 inch wheels, this car was massive, it dwarfed ours Nope, no engine in there Ian I think there was a radio in here, that's what it looks like, certainly not engine-esque We all had a good look around this beautiful machine, what a stunner and what a lucky guy Andy is, thank you for showing it to us After drinks, breakfasts and catch ups it was time to motor. With the weather being so good we decided to do the Square Route of Buxton. Turn after turn after turn, wow wee There is a story, to cut a long one short @Trevturtle and Kirsty were meeting us on their cycles ( they were on hols locally in their motorhome) and they needed an onion, so I bought one along for them, only they didn't quite make it, don't ask. After a good run we finished at The Bull I Thorn It got messy here, see that lemon and blueberry cake at the back? well we wrote it off! it is no more It was busy, that's why we were scattered around the car park, so we got our own table going on, away from everyone else, not a bad little spot See, messy, this is our Cake-Meister Rob had an argument with his exhaust a couple of weeks ago, he lost, ouch A Citroen 2CV pulled up and I just have to show it to you With Trevor not coming we tried to cook the onion, it felt warm enough Andy's Porsche rear, 0-60 in 3.4 seconds, he kept up! Chris and Mo were to meet us for lunch, they called to say they were late, meaning they got the 'Magnet Award' as their headlight had fallen off. Rob proudly presented it to Chris now that his anti roll bar is secured. Never a dull moment. Chris and Mo made it in time for lunch and 'Yorkshire Salad' (chips) I bought the onion home, it's a sorry day when a girl comes home with her own onion. Hope the BBQ is tasty tonight without it. Thanks for coming everyone and see you next time xxxxx 5
