I used to what George Polley and Barry Lee on the London Spedeworth circuits of Walthamstow, White City and Wimbledon in 1971n and 1972 whilst I was working in London. Great battles between them and George in the 105E  was always the crowd favourite

Surprised I didn’t see you there. I was living in Battersea at the time and I went to all of those but preferred White City. Midget racing was pretty exciting as well.
