Not sure that would play out - if he’s hacked an account (to get the 000’s Positive feedback) then he won’t care anyway. He or they only make money scamming via the email contact they insist you use. They never deal with eBay.

This guy, or guys is doing it across Motorbikes as well. Ebay really needs to sort this out as I just stop looking when I see pages of obvious dodgy stuff. As in other cases there is usually one picture and a link to a gmail account on the other.

They must catch a few out otherwise why do it.

It's been up twice in last 2 days, I tried to report it both times but was too late it had gone. Which is good news as it means eBay is recognising it much quicker or believing reporters earlier.

Agreed! There's nothing stopping the dodgy seller using pics of any of our cars on here/FB etc to support his dodgy campaigns!

Its still there and have just reported it. Whoever is doing this they have a huge number of adverts supposedly selling loads of items...

I just reported it again too.  Supposedly has 1,943 cars and bikes for sale.  Crap that eBay's systems apparently can't pick this up....

For fun, I wrote to the e-mail in the picture with the add. Here's his reply:

still for sale and available for viewing in Dingwall, Highlands Scotland.
In very good looking and working condition. It belonged to my brother who
unfortunately passed away a few months ago. All UK paperwork available and
in my name, HPI clear. I reside in Germany due to work commitments. The
reason I am selling is that it costs too much to change the registration
from UK to German papers as well as the delivery fees to Germany which are
considerably high.

My last asking price is £3800 including delivery to any UK mainland
address. Where abouts are you based?
