There is a Facebook ScamBusting group which targets these eBay adverts which is why when it was initially posted on here it probably got taken down so quickly. I'm in the group and have reported any of the Westfield ads and others that I spot. The way that it works is that one member spots a dodgy Ad, they are pretty easy to see after a while. Same photo's keep doing the rounds, stupid low price, contact outside of eBay etc etc. They report to eBay but also report the Facebook group who also report to eBay. The more people that bombard eBay with reports on a Bad Ad the quicker it gets taken down and the account that has been hacked can be returned to it's original owner, assuming that is the case.
