TableLeg Posted December 3, 2019 Author Posted December 3, 2019 We're going with having the windows open in the short term (despite complaints of how cold it is in the bathroom now!). Will see how it goes, but I have 2 trickle vents I might look to retrofit into the 2 bathroom windows. I'll also look to increase the loft insulation above the bathroom and add some more heating in there too. Quote
Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO Posted December 3, 2019 Posted December 3, 2019 👍 Believe me it works, we have the window closed whilst showering, but then open it about 50mm , it stays like that all day if we are at home, when we go out we leave the window locked on the vent setting that's about 10mm, we never have any mould or damp showing, the bathroom paintwork looks as good today as when the house was new 20 years ago. 1 Quote
