Yesterday I climbed 2000ft up Cheviot in north Northumberland.. my back feels fine now. All you need is a big hill in Norfolk Martyn. They do say a little lift as you go over prevents the wheels spinning up and potentially spitting you off the track … and would be kinder to the transmission.
