In addition to your own plans and the ever popular GF meal on the Friday, I'd like us to build on last years BBQ Social on the Saturday night. This is aimed at Members and particularly those that are putting in the efforts over the weekend in support of the Sprints. Essentially we will make available the BBQ and if we can manhandle it, the marquee. We already have @Ian Tolfree (tolf) - North London AO lined up to cook for you and the BBQ will be available from Thursday night and throughout the weekend for your own use. It will be a bring your own food and drink deal but we will supply the equipment and a Tolf.

If you feel you want to get together on Saturday, would you please let me know by voting in the poll and I'll do all I can to get the kit there and consider other things we might want to bring...

If this is well supported, we will seek to do this every year and indeed make it bigger where possible. Any further ideas on this please let us know.

Latest news:

I'm going to arrange for some of the show kit to be transported to Blyton for Thursday afternoon where I and hopefully a few others will be around to help set it all up. We will have the Gazebo and the BBQ along with flags, electrics, lights, etc.

This is still and bring your own beer and food (apart from the Marshals who we will be providing for [as is normal]), however as noted above there will be a small amount of real ale provided as per last year for which the proceeds will go to charity so make sure you also bring cash as well as your food, beer, snacks, music...

Please make every effort to help out, attend, join in, relax and socialise, it's all about you...!
