Beefburgers - cheese and/or coleslaw..?

Linda is out with the work girls tonight so I am settling in for a Three Bs night

Beer, Beefburgers and B-movies

I've got some really nice burgers to fry up and fresh crusty rolls for them.

But I'm now torn, can you put cheese AND coleslaw on a burger? Or is it one or the other...

Daft clucker.  There's no room on a burger for cole slaw - that's not food, it's what food eats.

Got some nice cheddar, mild so it will melt well, forgot the damn bacon.

But... And this is a bit random, but I love anchovies and do have an open jar. What about a few of them between the cheese and burger?

With the coleslaw and some cherry toms on the plate.

Also planning to pop the burger facing side of the rolls into the pan after frying the burgers to crisp em up and collect the juices.

First bottle of San Miguel is opened, posts might start getting a bit glitchy from now on.

Jalapenos between the cheese and the burger, and don't forget to lightly toast the roll!

Fries should be made from sweet potato's and there should be a nice fresh pickle(d gherkin) on the side along with the 'slaw. Spice up the 'slaw or the burger with some chilli flakes.

Beer must be beer not lager, cold enough to notice but not "lager" cold and...

I've just seen a picture of heaven and its basement brewery shaped.

Do you have a field full of moo cows to make burgers from as well..?
