I am considering picking up a disposable bbq and some burgers en-route for this evening, just depends whether I have room as I am driving the Westfield there

When you get into Gainsborough Gary, the second roundabout you get to will have a chippy on the left. Can recommend that one! Have been there when visiting the missus' parents

What are the opening hours of the on-site cafe over the weekend, does anyone know?

Does the cafe do breakfast?

Yep, normally open from about 7.30 I think, they've certainly always been open during signing on in the past.

Doesn't look like I'll make it in time tonight, but going to try... If not, extra burgers for you Barny!

Did I say that I had a great day?

Fabulous fun on a great track to pop my track day cherry on. Cracking meal with GF and the speed series boys and excellent company.

Oh yes, I've had a great day!

PS thanks to Adam for the instruction - made a huge difference to my enjoyment of the track
