I think they’ve lost the plot now. The time and effort doing the printed board would have been far better spent designing an actual PCB and getting one made. Prototype all the circuitry on breadboard, freeze the design, build. Given the crazy amount invested in re-inventing a really crappy version (printing solder) of an already very well designed (standard PCB) wheel just feels gratuitous. 
 

Sunken cost maybe?? Is the entire point now just YT vids??
