Paul Morcom Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Came south from Roscoff, dropping the Merlyn and trailer off at Mark Stanton's. Now touring the south Brittany coast from East to West in the motorhome. Started at La Forêt Fousesnant, then Audierne, Tréboul and now at Locronan. Probably a day in Quimper tomorrow and back to site in Locronan for the night as is just a brilliant campsite overlooking the village with the sea in the distance. Then heading to St Goueno, via Msr Stantons to pick up the car, and then the real fun starts. You know you need to do it Terry! 1 Quote

Terry Everall Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Beautiful part of the world around there I love Benodet, Concarneau and Pont L'abbe. Often stay at a cottage in Melgven and love the whole area Quote
Paul Morcom Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Be with you tomorrow Paul I hope you and Graham have a good crossing and that you are not impacted by the industrial action at the french port. Quote
Terry Everall Posted May 26, 2016 Posted May 26, 2016 Sometimes DIESEL works better in tow cars or Motorhomes/Campers Quote

Marto303 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Posted May 28, 2016 P1 (untimed) completed with us all back no issues. It's very foggy here this morning so that has slowed things down a little, it should have cleared by lunch and expect the afternoon runs to be in lovely warm sunshine 1 Quote
Onliest Smeg David Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 Sorted out all the similarly looking bends? Quote
Paul Morcom Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 Foggy start on both Sat and Sunday but once it lifted both were gloriously dry sunny days. The WSCC team did well in the bar and on the hill. Significant amounts of wine were consumed and the team took 4 class wins. 3 Quote
