Get him to get his finger oot! the DVLA aren't renowned for speed with new registrations for kits. I got this onfo from another forum: DVLA kits and rebuilds - 01792 782069 - Donna Kennet. I personally wouldn't use the name from the off, just in case it irks them that it's being banded about, but certainly the direct dial should help hopefully!
