i would like say hello to everyone and I would to say I am a westie owner but I have to build it first, I have wanted to build my own for many years and now is the time.

first thing I would like to is what length shocks and springs will I require...?

Hi all ,yes  I have my starter kit collected in march and started it two weeks ago,I have the panels on, pedals on front brake pipes clipped top and bottom front wishbones on and all the bushes fitted so far.just doing bits and bobs when I get chance :)

Welcome Dave. Enjoy the build. I got my spax shocks and springs for a Westfield, so not sure of the lengths unloaded.

+1 for frame pictures. I was almost disappointed when I put the bodywork on mine, covering up all that nice aluminium and riveting! Did anyone else experience this or am I just odd !! :)

I ran my first build for six or seven years with the framework and aly visible inside, just 'cause I loved the look of it!  :laugh:  :cool:

fitting the rear wishbones/suspension tonight, the westfield distructions !! are clear as mud lol...............and I tried putting pictures on last night,but failed any ideas what I might be doing wrong  ?
