MWMSport
Hey guys, Im new to the forum. Ive just got my hands on an unfinshed project that I will be building. The guy who started the project worked with carbon fibre so has done all the interior panelling in carbon rather than metal sheet. So a deal was stuck and I picked it up late last night For future refrance to anyone, a Westfield fits perfectly in the back of a transit lutton. If the van was 6 inches shorter and 1inch slimmer it wouldn't of gone in!
MWMSport
Got the engine out today ready to flog. It's a Toyota 18R-G engine, apparently worth a couple of quid so I'm happy with that. That left me with just a rolling chassis so I can start doing all the wiring.I also decided to be a big kid and lay the bodywork out!

XTR2Turbo
That chassis where the seats mount looks a bit different. What year is it?
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
Looks an interesting project; there seems to be quite a few extra tubes welded into the chassis in the floor area, and a few missing in the tunnel area? Looks quite a heavily modified chassis. Old style Westfield cast diff housing/independent rear. Was that not early nineties?

Norman Verona
Welcome and good luck with it. Like others I'm interested to know why you're changing the Toyoto engine and what for.
MWMSport
The chassis is 1992. I'm going to need loads of IVA advice because ideally I'd like to get it on a new reg! Interesting to know about the chassis modifications. Some will love it, some will hate it but I've got a cosworth YB and T5 gearbox for it.
