Prints in the pictures are still in PLA as these were my final test prints to confirm sizing and mounting with 2mm foam around the print.
Ive sent the final designs, 4 different vent designs, to get printed in ASA carbon so I'll see how they hold up.

Vents are NOT symmetrical, they are a reverse image of each other, look at the top row of hex's in the below image.
I also found that the vents on my bonnet/hood where different sizes. I found the passenger side to be 2mm wide and longer than the drivers. I ended up making a number of test prints 1mm larger than the last to get the best fit.
This was one of these quick weekend projects Im now 4 weeks into.
