  2. Indeed, the 73mm is what I want. I have modified the sockets to be deep enough, so that is not an issue. I just need some "flat" amber lenses or, am I looking for unicorn poo? edit,,,Success MM Spares has what I want now to decide if it's worth fighting the current shipping/tariff debacle thanks Morris

  7. Your cars registered 2001, not one of the first ones but near there, the mega range started around 2000. Its an 893cc blade engine according to the V5. I know of 10 different engines fitted to megablade chassis. I've not seen an engine cover like that which could be a copy. If you want vents they are available

  8. After 12 years of ownership I have decided to sell my 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX 2.0 U.K. car. Owned by me since November 2013 and before that by another WSCC member. Approx 96500 miles, used initially as a second car and then more recently as third to my BRZ. Large file of receipts, never welded since I’ve had it and not before as far as I’m aware. In recent years most of the mileage has been done driving between car shows. I have not modified the car in any way as I prefer to keep them as standard, although the previous owner did tell me when I bought it that this has a Prodrive back box fitted. Being a 2004 car this also falls into the cheaper road tax bracket. I have always kept on top of any maintenance and major jobs completed over the 12 years I’ve owned it. The Clutch was replaced shortly after I bought the car and the timing belt last year at the same time as the last service and MoT which was at 96552 miles, the transfer box has been rebuilt with new seals and bearings at 82000 miles and a new alternator and battery was fitted at 95014 miles, 6 months MOT till July 2026. The Airbag recall has been done by Subaru in 2016. Large file of receipts for servicing and MoT’s going back to 2007. Like all Impreza’s do at some time in their life this does have a parasitic battery drain from the tracker. Despite my best efforts I’ve not managed to find where it is so I can disconnect it, but I keep the car plugged into a charger when not being driven. The car is fitted with a tow-bar but I still have the brackets which fit behind the rear bumper should you wanted to remove the tow bar and refit these. I will be sorry to see the car go but as I am now working from home it’s difficult to justify owning this and two other cars and in the last year I only covered 100 miles. £6750 or very near offers. I am located in Fordham to the North West of Colchester and viewings are possible most days. Caveat emptor: I am a private seller and not an expert, therefore photos and descriptions are my opinion and provided solely for guidance purposes. it is recommended that prospective buyers carry out a full inspection prior to purchase for your own peace of mind and verification of accuracy. 9. Just before Christmas I fitted my new header tank: I had to cut the old connecting hose off and fit a new one: I had to order a new hose clamp which arrived the next day. Then my mother came down with some sort of norovirus thing and my wife came down with flu. Just as they were getting themselves sorted out I came down with some sort of lurgi as well. But, today, I finally got the hose clamp fitted: It only took three weeks 🫣 David
