Must admit that a lack of Westfield meets in my neck of the woods found me meeting up with my local Caterham crew and they couldn't have been more friendlier... I'm not a paid up member, but the group organiser added me to their WhatsApp group and I've been on some organised blats over the years. So don't be too judgemental guys...

It was great to meet you @SteveB21, and thank you @BobMet for letting us follow you 🙂. We clocked up 255 miles today, with the XI behaving very well 😎.

A rather damp night in the lakes with 5 westy's and several other marques with roofs 😭 Hardnott pass was a rather grounding experience for the hoop and box 😮

Exactly this. we all have the same passion for the hobby/pastime/thing, whatever you want to call it. the badge on the bonnet should not make a different.

Not my Westfield but @BobMet and @Morris at Brooklands this morning for the London to Brighton kit car run. It was great to see @Morris’s XI on the road.

Evening guys Really sorry for the silence over May, I have been on an annual leave and out the country for most of it (something that was organised for before I took on the role ) our next meet will be Tuesday the 17th June at the church mouse chester le street, 7pm, hopefully my Westfield will still be running then lol. I would like to organise a run out and any input on the 17th for this would be great for this. we have just had our first north east kit focused camping trip with ( again organised before I took the role on) I did organise it and will be doing a bit of write up on it in the next few nights. we are also looking to organise a another one for next year so anyone interested is more than welcome to come along moving forward there is an event at car barn beamish County Durham on July 17th celebrating all cars British built called cool Britannia, I have spoken with the organisers who said they would give us a patch to display the cars and promote the club, so any members who are interested in coming along give me a shout and we see what we can get organised the more the merrier.

Afternoon everybody my name is Mark, and I have taken on the role lately of area organiser for the north east. I am hoping to put together along with help of some other members some meets and runs out for members to get involved in through out this year and will hopefully be documenting this throughout. I am looking at starting our local meets again as of Tuesday the 15th of April with the venue being church mouse , Chester moor, chester le street DH2 3RJ 7pm This venue has been used several times in the past so feel it's a good starting point to gauge interest . I am looking forward to hopefully seeing some you northeast lads there and seeing if we can hopefully bring the Westfield/kit car scene back to the north east thanks Mark

Not so much a snap of my Westfield, more a snap of the bl**** traffic my Westfield was stuck in trying to get to Malvern today. That being said my thoughts go out to the families of those who lost their lives in that horrific crash on the M5 last night. Dreadful.
