  7. I've just seen the entertaining new Drivetribe YouTube video of Richard Hammond and his daughter 'building' a Caterham 7. Did they get a head start with the kit or is a Caterham more of an assembly job? It looks like most of the car was pre-built (instruments, battery, brake lines, fuel tank, wiring, etc. etc.), and is it normal to fit most of the heavy items whilst lying beneath the car? Just curious!

  8. Anyone driving the coast road in Northumberland. There's a new automotive themed cafe opened in Amble. It's on the industrial estate, easy parking outside, so not a bad spot for a pit stop.

  9. Just for perspective, there are 16,777,216 possible colours in the visible spectrum, of which humans can individually perceive about 10,000,000. That’s why getting matching paint is best left to a professional.

  15. You might consider talking with Toybox, they are good for advice and have a range of cars you can sit in etc. I know because I bought one from them, you will pay a premium over a private sale but you also get warranty for a few months. They just took in a 400bhp plus supercharged honda last week.
