Nipped up to Castle Combe circuit today, met a few mates, one was doing the charity track day which was in progress. Absolutely beeeeautiful day! Not great pics as I wasn't taking them to post here, forgot about this thread!

The Wench is still in bits mid-transformation to chrome wishbones and new shocks I’m afraid. Discovered that the right side motor mount is preventing me from removing the lower rear wishbone bolt, so I’ll have to remove it from the frame - not easy access. Nursing a bad back and legs so won’t make it this month - sorry.1 point

Just renewed my breakdown cover through Howdens - reasonable quote - helpful staff, thanks Laila, and when I needed rescuing last year, Howdens (as opposed to the national operator for the breakdown trucks) was excellent in helping! Hopefully I won't need anything this year.1 point

Happy mot pass day! Spot on emissions too! ...then a photo shoot with the big dish of Jodrell Bank behind… and then took my mum of a respectable 85years, for a run to local pub for lunch
