Correct! It 100% would require it, unless one would like things to get unnecessarily interesting very fast indeed. In all seriousness, the golden rule is take detailed proposals of that nature to the committee for discussion and approval beforehand. Don’t just use the logo first and come in showing off what you did, because it will not be well regarded.1 point
