It's not a perfect match for your criteria, but my SEiW is up for sale in the classifieds. It's not a ZK body but it is the right colour (the stripes are removable), it's well put together, it does have somewhere in the region of 150bhp from a 4AGE on TBs (which is a great little engine), it's road legal and well set up for fast road use, and you'd have £4k left to make any upgrades you fancy... The car is, by all accounts, quite literally a rocketship (aptly named). But I haven't tried it myself. However, I can personally vouch for the vendor - bought my fantastic Westie of Bernie. You may need to negotiate this privately with him, but to me his After-Sales support has been amazing, too! 🙂1 point
