  1. It's Dec 1st, have you turned your calendar over? That's a great photo of Glynn's car at Quacker's Cafe on a freezing morning at one of our Peak District meets. Glynn was also in the photo with us and Dave on the November calendar pic, that was taken on New Years Day in the Peak District. It's great that we can all send photo's in and make the calendar. Just a reminder EVERY MEMBER WILL RECEIVE THE CALENDAR regardless of whether you choose the paper magazine or not. I do hope a lot of you choose the paper magazine though because if not enough people do then it may become financially unviable to continue it. Really looking forward to receiving the paper mag and calendar next week👍

  5. You should get a renewal invoice about the 15th. If you prefer to opt for just getting the magazine electronically, wait until your current membership runs out on 14/1/25 and purchase WSCC Membership with Electronic Magazine @£35 from the Store then.

  7. 3ltr V6 AJ30 out of a stype Jag, Ford Duratec all alloy V6. Same bottom end as a ST220 Mondeo but with different heads which have solid cam followers and VVT on the inlet cam. Rocketeer conversion consists of: The carbon inlet manifolds, Exhaust manifolds, Aftermarket ECU, Custom made bell housing to mate the Mx5 box to the engine, Flywheel, and sump. Iirc it was circa 12k if they did the conversion, circa 6k if they just supplied the conversion kit.

  8. Just taxed mine, life is short and £345 is a small amount of money in the grand scheme of things. This was last Thursday at Ladybower.

  9. Hello mates, I wish to buy a Westfield and I think I'm on the right place. Already had a Ultima Can-Am, a Noble M12, a Opel Speedster turbo (vx220)..... I looking for a pre 2000 sei or seiw, pre 2000 because now with brexit plate a Uk car is incredibly hard. See you later.

  11. Great to see the Manchester meetings back on, very well done to all those that put the effort in and attended. I hope you enjoyed it and also found the vast knowledge about Westfield’s around the table useful.

  12. For sale is my 1995 Westfield SE1 Widebody, 2 Litre Vauxhall Redtop with twin webber 45’s, finished in Yellow. Selling due to a lack of use, I’ve done less than 500 miles in the past 2 years and 200 of those miles was the round trip for the MOT’s. The only advisory was the rear tyres which are worn on the edges so could be doing with being replaced. Brief specifications below: Current mileage on the odometer is 17,184 miles 2,000 Litre Vauxhall Redtop with twin webber 45 carbs Type 9 5-speed gearbox Sports exhaust, no catalytic converter Storm Racing 15” alloys fitted with Toyo Proxes R888 Sports seats with Sabelt harnesses and adjustable seat runners Momo Steering Wheel MOT Valid until 28th April 2025. Side doors fitted Full Wet weather hood There’s a folder full of paperwork for the car going back to its manufacture, it was serviced by myself earlier this year plugs, filters, oil, etc. It’s a great car to drive but just doesn’t get used enough to justify keeping it. If you want further details, please feel free to contact me. I’m based in the North East of Scotland so please keep that in mind. Looking for £8,000.00 but I am open to sensible offers, not interested in swaps and lastly I don’t want a PlayStation for it 😊

  14. Number 21 Dan doesn’t mention it, but the reason he did the round trip from Oaxaca to the coast (only 250 miles😂) was his laptop broke and the computer repair shop took a week to get the parts, so instead of having a rest he went for a little ride 😮
