  2. @Captain Colonial I just got my membership renewal email but when I click through Manage Purchases there's nowt there. Guessing this may be due to the store testing exercise so I just need to wait?

  3. No idea why, but your membership doesn’t run out until 3rd January so the soonest you can renew it is 5th December. No need to worry for now.

  4. Mine is 11 foot PRG that works well. The extra length does allow a little bit more adjustment for balancing. In fact I might be selling as I am looking at buying a new one.

  5. It is common to have both Cylinder Head Temp and Coolant Temp sensors. The CHT will then be used by the ECU and the CT will feed the dash gauge.

  7. I feel your pain, in my case I want to work on the westy suspension but it's balanced on the trailer hence need the space occupied by mini.

  8. Following on from the Feedback re the Awards Lunch, they were a number of people that could not make the 18th, so it's been changed to the 25th January. So please put that in your diaries. Further information and Lunch bookings will be available via the shop as soon as possible. Hope to see as many as possible there.

  9. New front grill made from ABS plastic. 285 grams lighter then the original, every little helps!

  10. Plugged into the Omex today. Cylinder head temperature sensor giving dodgy readings. At ignition on, or at least in the minute after i’ve turned the key jogged round the car and connected laptop, the temperature starts to climb with the engine off. After 15mins or so its climbed to 75 deg C and stays there. All this with engine off in a cold garage. Poor cold start seems to be explained…new sensor ordered.

  11. 7 Westfield's and their hungry owners met at Hulme End Tea Junction for drinks only, in anticipation of a 3 course Christmas dinner at lunchtime. We welcomed Matt, who was joining us for the first time in his green Westfield Sport 250, very nice, take a look here Sat in the cafe, Glen sporting his double fractured thumb 🤕 Ian in Bagpuss, his en-suite Westfield 😁 It was cold, still and rather suitable weather for driving our cars. My opinion is, winter is the best time to be out in the Peak District with your Westfield. Like today, the roads were dry and very empty, nothing stopped us on our excellent route, turn after turn, excitement building as we knew that this was good and there was only better to come, the grande finale of the Bentley Brook road. Ian temporarily parked in his favourite spot when we arrived at The Bentley Brook Inn, Ashbourne Glen provided the strip show in the car park After a little photo we went inside to join the others at the Christmas Party. It was just great to see everyone, even without their cars, this is a great social event, the biggest outside of the big kit car shows for us. Thanks for coming everyone and joining us on the run out.
