Got some new parts for the Westfield today. A set of Lusomotor MK10 seats with custom headrest of my design, and the electric pump for the charge cooler. Really pleased with the seats, the LineX coating looks great and they just fit in the car.

Nice one thanks. Maybe a shame about the shadow's, but I can't complain for November plus the autumnal colours were amazing.

I once got a free weekend road tax on behalf of the DVLA. The tax had just expired on my Mx5, but had a Nc500 weekend run planned, so I taxed it on the Friday with Direct Debit option and when I got back home on the Sunday evening I sorned the car and cancelled the DD. Made me feel warm and cosy inside, getting one over them 😆

I think 'paint it pink' is a bit of a meme in LR circles when people ask what colour a roof should be. Nobody's actually supposed to follow through and actually do it, though... D

Any similar gauge cable should be fine. NB the voltage can rise to a hazardous voltage when it rings. Hence take care!

My shortest ever sorn. Sorned Thursday using again monday as the tintop was poorly. Then used again today as tintop was poorly again. Handy having a spare car to get to work 🤣

Thanks to everyone for the input, and apologies for the belated response. I haven't checked out this car in person, but your input on it shows it's not the right car for me. The most precious resource I have right now is time, and I just haven't enough of it to do what's needed to get the car in a good place in light of other obligations. I will be keeping an eye out for other 7s for sale in the USA. I'm still very keep on owning a 7, just not this one.

Most recent picture of mine... Heading for 3 pounds of semtex strapped to the underside of it shortly if it keeps this up.. This is the 2nd time in 2 RUNS out... Beat that.. From what I think is wear and tear on the baskets maybe causing vibration or plates sticking on the outer basket fingers. (busa engine) I've got a plan.. Going to replace the lot with a much stronger clutch.
