Why is no one seeing the real danger of why @Julie Hall - WSCC AO Representative is going to Kendal? It’s obvious! She’s going there to steal all the Kendal Mint CAKE! All this stuff about the car park is a smoke screen for her nefarious plans! Will the Queen of Cakes stop at nothing?

I am not a fan of mint but did once buy some Kendal Mint Cake to try it, yuk, never went near the stuff again 😦

My BAD - was talking about Premier Inn re space allocations. Can still check out Travelodge ramp as stated above!

@Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO you need more practice on google earth you can get closer than that !!

Website says there are 60 spaces designated for Travelodge guests with a charge of £4 for up to 24 hrs the height restriction is 2.1m so we’re ok on that front 🤪

Spent the morning with @SXRORY at the Clevedon Cars & Coffee meet. First time trying this one out, was a really good event and well attended for this time of year. It happens monthly in Clevedon and is based around three big gatherings across the town, dividing up the cars into different eras. I think we timed our arrival well as we ended up in the centre of one of the displays. Some nice machines on show with Ferraris and Lambos etc. Saw a couple of nice Ultimas to drool over. And here's a few other random photos I took:

My new Seight is safely in its Carcoon Veloce bubble until I can finish my workshop and look at a couple of small jobs I want to do. This is a Veloce small 2.3m x 4.33 in silver. This is quite a nice size for a Westfield as there’s enough room to move around the car. Its very easy to put up other than there’s too much powder coat on the end of some of the poles meaning they don’t slide together as well as they should.

I’ve got it and it’s exactly what I wanted, looking forward to dry days 😀
