Whilst the GT40 was a bit of a one off, my ‘regular’ cars were the Cooper Bristols and a Cooper T43. We were lucky that the sun came out for the race on Saturday!

I know it’s a little ‘cheaty’ due to my line of work, but had the pleasure of working on this at the weekend during the Spa 6 Hours. Finished a slightly disappointing 8th (got 3rd last year), but a great week/weekend of motorsport!

I regularly travel from Crewkerne to South Darenth near Dartford. I’m going in the morning and back Thursday evening, same next week, then a break for a week and then back in again. If that’s of any use then do let me know, I can pop out at lunch time and meet up with your seller somewhere convenient.1 point

On Saturday I’ll be driving from Fulham to Dorset, which would cover at least half of the journey. If you could get them to Fulham, I could bring them to Shaftesbury, which is then only an hour or so from Bristol. This might not be any use to you, but thought there no harm in mentioning it.1 point

Nice - there was a guy who took his along to Malvern and it was the first time I’d seen one up close. Very interesting machine. Apparently they did import them to the UK for a short period but you’d have to do it the hard way nowadays I think1 point

Passed these 3 wheelers yesterday - apparently they are Polaris Slingshots. Not in the UK (in case you were wondering about the blue sky!).
