Happy birthday to @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO the birthdaymiester.

With the forecast being a bit changeable we were still exchanging texts at 8am this morning but decided to risk it and thankfully it stayed dry! With James, Lee, Stu, Gavin, Steve, and myself we had 6 Westies out to play all with different engine setups. Stu has changed from his previous turbo and moved to a normally aspirated forged Mazda, James had his supercharged Mazda engine, Lee with his glorious sounding Zetec on ITB's, Steve in his Sport250 and Gav with the bonkers 1.6 ecoboost! We headed to the cafe and spotted some birthday cake for @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO! After breakfast in the Factoryheads Cafe, we had our normal wander around the showroom. Of course we had loads of discussion about the Kawasaki H2 with its supercharged engine.... easily tunable to 300bhp and so light, it will make an amazing engine in a Westfield! A fun couple of hours and great to see everyone 👍

Watch out for the next edition of CKC! Jack Wood, owner of CKC was at Toybox today doing a magazine feature. Huge thanks to all the members who came along, hopefully you will get your faces and/or cars in the mag 👍 I'll do more of a write up in Westfield World, but Jack seemed to enjoy his test drive of one of Andrews cars (a stunning grey FW) and took loads of photographs of the cars and the new Toybox premises. A couple of photos I took of the car Jack tested, its a real stunner! I volunteered to take Jack for a spin in my MegaS2000 as he hadnt been in a Honda powered car..... Those that know me will appreciate that I had to give it the full berries! I think his face tells a story 😂 A fun couple of hours, thanks to Andrew, Dale, Roscoe and Natalie for your hospitality 👍

New to me, Westfield SEiW, turbo Mazda 1.8, 370hp on high boost. Mechanically not much I want to do to the car, but I would like to make a carbon tub and hood for the car. Any ideas if there are any moulds around?

Now all you have to do is learn to interpret what the readings actually mean.

We are heading to the Superbike Factory at Castle Donington tomorrow morning for a coffee at the Factoryheads Cafe. We will aim to land about 10am, feel free to come along

I now have a working fuel gauge. Which is a first, in my 4 years of ownership!
