Watch out for the next edition of CKC! Jack Wood, owner of CKC was at Toybox today doing a magazine feature. Huge thanks to all the members who came along, hopefully you will get your faces and/or cars in the mag π I'll do more of a write up in Westfield World, but Jack seemed to enjoy his test drive of one of Andrews cars (a stunning grey FW) and took loads of photographs of the cars and the new Toybox premises. A couple of photos I took of the car Jack tested, its a real stunner! I volunteered to take Jack for a spin in my MegaS2000 as he hadnt been in a Honda powered car..... Those that know me will appreciate that I had to give it the full berries! I think his face tells a story π A fun couple of hours, thanks to Andrew, Dale, Roscoe and Natalie for your hospitality π7 points

We got snapped at the top of the Umbrail pass(links off Stelvio) (day 5 of our trip) and as my car was the first pic of the day, the Tog, allowed me to download it for free! So there is an advantage to being at the front! The others are pictured here- https://kanyarfoto.com/en/photos?location=40&from=2024-07-01 00%3A00&to=2024-07-01 23%3A596 points

Spotted this yesterday so it would have been rude not to pop over for an hour or so to represent the Club. Great to see a few members come along with their cars so hopefully we will get a few of them in the next edition! Jack was there to do a feature on Toybox and also the grey FW they have for sale. After he had taken a few shots, he took the car for a quick test drive and seemed to really enjoy it. I then offered to take Jack for a quick spin in mine as he'd not been in a MegaS2000.... he got to experience me giving it the full berries down the lanes, hopefully he enjoyed it π While I was there, I also managed to snap myself a few arty shots with the trusty phone6 points

Yip, I've seen the YouTube videos. Calling them campervans is being too kind1 point

You can pull in off the A303 onto a gravel track (where there are normally camper vans parked up) and walk along a footpath near the stones without paying as far as I understand. I keep planning to do it on my way to work one morning.1 point

Yeah I understand, it's quite expensive even although they have stolen our Scottish Stones! I'm not too fussed tbh, a few long distance pictures may do me and use the saved cash to fill up the tank in the Westy π1 point
