The run up to birthday, Christmas and anniversary is a good time to buy stuff as when the parcel arrives you can just wink and say "never you mind about what's in this parcel". D4 points

Fab service from Howden again today. After trying to use one of my included track days earlier.l today (as I am on track at Donington on Monday), I found the office impacted by the Crowdstrike outage. Very open and apologetic about the issues that were out of their control. A quick call this afternoon and Arnold had it sorted in minutes ๐1 point

With the stream of parts that arrived in the first months of Westfield ownership, there was accusation that I was building a second one by stealth..... This year has mostly been Rover Tomcat parts so the accusations have been going in the other direction.... ๐1 point

I find that trying to schedule the delivery of new bits, when the Boss is at work makes for a peaceful marriage.1 point

Looking good. Fyi watch the tight radius on the fuel tank vent pipe. I've replaced mine twice so far through development of cracks just by sitting there Mine now bends in the other direction (across the width of the tank) to reduce the radius.1 point

Well yes I guess that would be useful, for muppets like me. I have never been into image manipulation programs, maybe because I was sad that the old adage of " the camera never lies" lol, but for things like I wanted I am glad the camera lied... I think I may order the trims now , so Rimmer Bros have you to thank for the order...1 point

Another drink for the cars and the team was splitting up further, change of plans. My vintage shorts- lots of history! Car emptied and cleaned off. Put back in the toybox.1 point
