Nice run out this evening with the Kitnet.uk club. I represented team Westfield alongside a Caterham, a Robin Hood, a Tiger and a V-Storm.

Hi All, Looking ahead at dates, the unpredictable weather continues but I'm keeping an eye on Sunday 23 June for a run. After that I have promised @SPC1118 we'll try to get to the Bagshot Classic meet on July 14th. @Euan Hoosearmyhas then invited us down to Alton on the same day for a vehicle show and fun day. I'm not sure how many people will want to commit to exhibiting at the show but it might be a great opportunity just to meet some of the Hampshire members in the Alton area? I've attached the flyer anyhow. cheers Martin

If you don'find anyone who can help for free. I can recommend http://myautotec.co.uk/contact-us/ Theycoded a genuine VAG PDC unit to my daughter's Ibiza after I fitted reversing sensors including enabling the visual display on the centre console etc. Another VAG specialist failed to do it and claimed it couldn't be done. Either you can travel to them or them can call on you when they're in your area, the cover most of the midlands.

Mine sold through this forum within a week of advertising, but I was realistic with my asking price, had lots of clear photos and a very comprehensive description which all helps.

The problem comes in choosing just how low to go with these, I had some many years ago and made the mistake of doing them too long. Was not an issue going forwards, but should you ever have to reverse over uneven ground ( as was in my case) the mud flap will get dragged under the tyre and destroy not only the wing itself but the stays as well ( although these only were bent) . It was at this stage I went for full clamshell wings. So just be careful with how low you go and also be aware of the ground you are driving on.
